Der Fischerwirt, als ausgezeichnetes Restaurant weit über die Grenzen Gratweins hinaus bekannt, wird als gastronomisches Juwel im Norden von Graz bezeichnet.
Mit 400 Sitzplätzen und zusätzlich 130 Plätzen im neuen Gastgarten, 45 Betten sowie 25 Mitarbeitern, gehört das Haus zu den größten Gastgewerbebetrieben der Steiermark.
