    Description

    Willkommen in unserem schönen Ort!

    Großhofen ist die kleinste selbstständige Gemeinde in Niederösterreich.

    Gelegen sind wir im Bezirk Gänserndorf im Marchfeld. Das Gemeindegebiet liegt inmitten von Feldern und umfasst rund sechs Quadratkilometer. Entlang unserer nördlichen Grenze fließt der Rußbach. Die bereits im 18. Jahrhundert erbaute Ortskapelle hl. Laurentius befindet sich in der Mitte der als Angerdorf angelegten Ortschaft.
