Großhofen ist die kleinste selbstständige Gemeinde Niederösterreichs.

Gelegen sind wir im Bezirk Gänserndorf im Marchfeld. Das Gemeindegebiet erstreckt sich über rund sechs Quadratkilometer und ist von landwirtschaftlich genutzten Feldern umgeben. Entlang unserer nördlichen Grenze fließt der Rußbach.
